📘 Digital Books

All digital/downloadable book purchases are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a digital file has been delivered.
💊 Supplements & Prescriptions

For health and safety reasons, supplements and prescription items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
📚 Physical Books

Physical books may be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original condition (unopened, undamaged, and resaleable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding the original shipping charge).

Refunds cannot be processed for items received in used or damaged condition.
