With over 15 years as a Massage Therapist, Cynthia has provided therapeutic services at clinics, hospitals, spas, and more.
Cynthia Krizo is an Eastern Modality Holistic based Massage and Yoga practitioner. She is a certified Hatha Yoga and Reiki teacher. She studied Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand and Western Massage in New Orleans. Cynthia’s massage approach is a combination of East Meets West modalities focusing on ancient Eastern techniques and Philosophy. Combining the Western techniques of Function and anatomy she brings the Eastern philosophy of healing the body as a whole using mindfulness, relaxation, and Universal Energy flow.
